I dunno. I can just work to make my blog posts less and less exciting.

Nope, absolutely nobody else is reading your blog posts.

Totally at random I've decided to say that the first Star Trek movie was indeed the worst one because it was boring and people like Star Trek IV becuase it's totally stupid (which is popular. See Dumb and Dumber et al) and it's got that feel-good environmental message that's so fashionable these days.
"Hey, everybody. If we kill off the whales now we'll all die at the beams of an alien probe some time in the distant future"
Equally without a reason I thought I'd say that it is important to both warm up and warm down if you're planning on playing any sport (badminton to take one example) You will just end up hurting yourself otherwise.

EDIT. Dang. I've ruined my nice round 500.

Yes, I'm afraid so Karmillo. The original Star Trek is the worst one and you're going to have to come to terms with that.

502. What's the next nice round number? And who is this "stephurhanahna" chap SSH is talking to?

5th August, 2006

I've realised that some people are at risk of finding my blog posts too interesting. Now, what that says about their respective lives is something that I'm not going to discuss at this moment - though I'd be worried - but I'm obviously going to have to plumb the depths of boredom itself (at least for the both of you who are still reading) in a bid to rid myself of you.

And you know what? I think I have the perfect plan.

I've been listening to the cricket. England are doing fairly well in the third test against Pakistan, but they need more wickets. Still, Ian Bell did a good job of getting to his hundred, and Harmison and Mahmood added a useful forty-two.

The Passion of the Christ is the latest DVD to be added to my collection. Why? I'm not entirely sure. I just felt like it.

And what else have I been up to? Well, not much. Sitting around feeling tired. Being disappointed that there's nobody that I want to pester hanging around on MSN. Waiting to possibly go and play badminton depending on how many people turn up.

The cricket is ace, though! Oh, how I love a nice bit of attritional cricket. The swish of willow, the sound of bat on ball, the eternal waiting for something to actually happen...

Hoggard is coming into bowl now. England are "waiting for something to happen" according to the radio commentators.

Cricket is great.

Now you see, I really don't understand why that picture would be particularly appealing. An eyesore of a car with a probably-shivering model next to it; what is the appeal supposed to be?

I'm sorry, but those lights on the back look hideous.

It's an American car, you can't expect style, or quality, or anything really...

What is that woman wearing, an insipid peach bikini, and stilettos that appear to be made of acrylic.

That photograph is a perfect example of tastlessness.

It was the best one I could find at the time, just focus on the woman and dream about the day when i bother to present better pictures

Don't think for a moment that I've left the forum because of your boring blog when you discover that I'm not showing up as regurarely as usually. Tomorrow I'm going on a week's holiday without any computer nearby. Try not to miss me too much.
