An offer to rewrite the post without putting the word "Whatever" in bold type?

How about we ban some words here? One would be "whatever", then also every other member's name, except mine?

I win.

Whee, I am the winner!

Of course we know the lyrics to that song. Still we're intrigued to know what offer you'll make.

Maybe he'll offer to sing to you.

No, he felt like making an offer that Jat wouldn't be able to refuse. That's why I was curious about the nature of the offer.

Yes. He's going to make Jat the offer of going and singing to you, which will cause Jat much amusement.

This is a different offer you can't refuse. Less cotton wool is required to accomplish it. Anyway, your Brando is a lot better than mine. (I also do a bad Jimmy Stewart, Anthony Hopkins and John Travolta impression. The Travolta one comes wiht bad dancing at no extra cost.)

I believe the standard offer in the context of the song would be to take jat home on the midnight train again. I'm not sure that would go down well with the wife.

Was that Marlon Brando, Jimmy Stewart, Anthony Hopkins or John Travolta?

Could be Pulp Fiction era Travolta.

Do you mean this?

If you mean my English leaves a bit to be desired you could have just said so.
