A. No, the thread is sitting up and looking around. It's even talking about going for a jog.
B. I'm guessing Robert letting "post-mortal" slide when it should have been "post-mortem" is a case of a professional favor between a grammar nazi and a spelling nazi?

Something like that. Or it could just be that I'm tired and don't really bother checking Jaz's posts unless I truly have nothing better to do .

I initially wanted to write "Post-Mortem", but I wasn't sure if it is also used in English in that form. In German we say "Post-Mortem".

But it makes sense. "Mortal" is the state of being capable of dieing. "Mortem" is death. So "Post Mortem" is after death.

I changed it now.

Exactly. Either way, it's a Latin term.

That really wasn't necessary.
I guess that since I've drawn "first blood" on this issue you'll be watching my posts...just waiting for me to mess up? Perhaps I should invest in some sort of spell-checker program.

Nah. You're American, Scott, so everything you write is spelt incorrectly .

I realizse I should try to colour your opinion of my spelling by humouring you, but I can't resist the siren song of a cheap joke.

Doesn't your finger get tired from having to type in all those superfluous "U"s, or is that extra effort offset by never having to use the "Z" key?

Aw buddy! No, absolutely not! You express yourself in a unique and charming way, and that's part of what makes you our pal Karmillo.
Your spelling may not always be letter-perfect, but that just means you have better things to do than waste time spell-checking every word.
Okay?
