Please let it be the flying car thing!

I'm definitely looking forward to both things, can I combine them and get a flying baby?

I'd love to have a DeLorean as a second car.

Yes, I know, the company is located in the polder close to where my parents live. It might be worth it to visit them, although I don't have the money to buy a DeLorean.

If I had a DeLorean as a second car, I would sell it.

If I had a second car overall, I would sell it.

Cars tend to make me sick -- literally, these days.

Yes, I did. I love it! ^_^ Though I think Cthulu would request one's sanity. He's not a Zombie after all.

Reminds me of that joke with the turtle where the little kid says "Take off the the cover, I want to pet it!"

Replacement strings for electric guitars are quite cheap, right?

Hope so, as a broken string is impairing my desire to spend a decent amount of summer recording music.

Yeah, £5 - £8 will do you, no problem.

How long have you been playing?

No need for the clarification, Ms. Grammar Nazi. I know the distinction between the verbs "essen" and "fressen", and "frißt" vs. "fischt" is just one variation of that classic Zungenbrecher (tongue twister in English).

I've been playing for a few years, but I'd hardly call myself brilliant at it - I can't really play any songs, I pretty much rely on alternate tunings and a desire to play in a minimalist style when recording my own stuff.

I, however, am a classically trained master, having trained in the finest schools from the age seven (7) upwards.

(that is to be imagined in a Shakespearian theather voice, like "I am a maaster thespian" with really British vowels and hard r's)

Well, I'm sure you can read the actual truth from between the lines...
