Dear customer service,

My anti virus software purchased from you on 2011-04-24, notified me of the existance of a virus named RLacey on my computer. I was asked to click Delete to remove the virus. I clicked on Delete, and since then my computer is dead. It doesn't do anything anymore. It won't even boot. Since I need my computer to do my work on this is a real problem for me. Please tell me when you come visit me to solve the problem.
