Es wird viel passieren!

Huge in Finland when it was on (also, had the awesome disco-walking style I noticed (everyone walked weirdly in parties (as if they were partly swimming), when they had to dodge people, you see))

You may be on to something there. That's why his posts often seem so disconnected from the rest of the Thread™. He's not responding to other people - he's writing a poem. Just ignore all other posts, and you can read it!

The general election is for me what I imagine the World Cup to be like for straight people.

I just read Robsies new poetry book. It's called "..." and it consists of hundreds of pages with "Whatever" written on them with the occasional "Die Thread™" thrown in for dramatic effect.

On a side note, there is a self published modern poetry book by some guy. It actually consists of only blank pages.

With a sufficiently highbrow and exclusionist ad campaign and a good review from an obscure poetry journal or two ("A triumph of deconstructionist post-modernism that eschews the trite conventions of content and narrative while directing the reader on a self-guided tour of inner discovery", or fawning, sycophantic drivel to that effect) and it could be a raging literary success.

If you then ignore his posts as well it will be like this thread doesn't even exist. Deep, man, deep.

Do you happen to write for an obscure poetry journal because that review is awesome.

Don't you mean illiterary success?

Stupid people voting against the constitutional treaty... Never give the masses any say, they'll just screw it up anyways... Making everyone's lives more difficult...

And now if the EU won't join the European Convention on Human Rights because of some damn conservatists who might win the election in Britain... Bah, I say!

Well, there's always the chance that, for some reason or another it'll be joined anyways (be it that the conservatists will not object after all, or that they don't get so much power).
