Not really.
To begin with, it's not my kind of game, so if judged on a scale where good = game I'd enjoy, I know it isn't good. And slightly less subjective, from what I've read on the No Russian-level-thing, it seems tasteless, so I'm not at all sure it even close to being good.

The events that happened in the game were pretty good, like the mountain climbing and running from a village full of mercenaries.
The gameplay itself though...it just felt like instead of having challenging placements of enemies or better AI it just flooded you with enemies all around. It was cool the first time, but when level after level just piled on more guys it got kinda old.
