One day Bart celebrated his birthday. Two days later his older identical twin brother Art, celebrated his birthday. How come?

The celebration part is actually irrelevant, the fact that Art is the older twin is important, though.

I actually had a MGS for the ol' PC (actually still do, but it's not like it's installed or anything, and I'm not sure I could find it), but not really my cup of tea.

Anyways, back to the riddle: it was a really long labor

Or, between the children there was a switching of a calendar, so while the other brother was in fact older in the other calendar, they went back a few days before the birth of the second son and so he was actually according to the official time born two days earlier.

So, in a way, time-travel...
