My daughter and her friends are planning a party.
If everything goes according to plans there will be eight teenage kids in our basement tomorrow night. (The schools are on holiday this week)
I wonder if I'll regret allowing this?

Yeoh, I was having a promising little start of a theme discussion with the Desert of a Music Genre 3+4-8/2+2*2, but alas, had once again no time to continue my plans.

Oh well... Let's have another go, ayh?

To want to be friends with someone you hardly know.

True. That's why you get to know them better! But if you don't want to, *shrug*. I'll just have to worship you anyway. jk

Oh... kay. That's a little creepy. You don't make friends by booby-trapping them. You just... don't. *shudders*

At this point I'd like to mention that the day care where parents can drop off their kids here at the East Sea for the day is separated into four groups. The youngest are the Crabs, the next oldest the Sea Horses, then come the Seals...and the group of kids ages 13 and up are the "Piranhas".

Apart from the rather unique four stage lifecycle apparent here (Crabs develop into Sea Horses? WTF?! ), my mother and I agreed that the 13 year olds being called "Piranhas" was rather fitting.

I couldn't agree more. Now these kids are 15-16 y/o, and you all know what hormones add to a piranha....
Mr J and I are close by as chaperons though.

Right now the girls are preparing this event and from their conversation I can hear that the guys that'll arrive in an hour or so haven't got a clue to what will hit them. They've practically divided the boys up between themselves already.

But like I said, the chaperons are just a few meters away.
*Puts on helmet and prepares to intervene*

Stay tuned for updates.
