According to everymac.com, this computer is worth $100-$150, so I went back this evening to check on it's current price. The @#$%& thing was marked UP, to $199! Madness! Also, a lesson to me not to go fixing computers which have locked up while they're still on the sales floor.

So on the way home, I stop by my favorite thrift store and the thrift gods gave me a great big sloppy snog! An iMac 500 Indigo for only $124.99! According to everymac.com, this model is still going for between $400 and $500, so Scott is a happy, happy boy right now.
