Well I finished college and decided that I only liked half the course so decided not to continue it onto university and instead find a course specialising in the half I liked but realised nowhere really does that so now I'm kinda lost.

Try doing a joint degree, then you can combine modules from the half of the course that you like, with modules from another subject that interests you.
