Astounding tech support responses.

I found a moderately serious (but very specific) problem that they already had logged. I asked how long it had been logged. It had been on there since September 2005. When I asked why it still hadn't been fixed their response was that it

I got my Windows computer back from service yesterday. When I tried to turn it on, it complained that there was no system disk. I opened it up, and found that the hard drive cable was not connected to the motherboard...

But now it works.
