A quick English grammar lesson, Mr. Lacey, if you please.

Is it I have an NVIDIA card in my PC or on my PC?

Every night in my dreams
I see you. I feel you.
That is how I know you go on.

Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never go till we're one

Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

There is some love that will not
go away

You're here, there's nothing I fear,
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

Oh man, now that is stuck in my head...

I'd say "in", just to be on the safe side. I suspect that one could argue in favour of "on", but to me that conjures up images of the card physically sitting on top of your PC .

Much obliged. What horrible yet beautiful language English is (especially to non-native speakers)!

Well, that's what makes it special. Or something.

I've studied four lanugages so far, Korean, Japanaese, German, and English and here's the ranking of the ease of learning as a non-native speaker of these lagugages:

Korean>German>Japanese>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>En glish

Last edited by playing_games; 02-13-2006 at 11:04 AM. Reason: English and my continuing incapability to master it are evil!

You have no idea how glad it makes me that I'm a native English speaker .

Absolutely! Any mental institution will be more than happy to take you in if you start spouting that sentence.

Wouldn't that leave you with two black eyes, a broken rib and/or jaw and a severe concussion, with perhaps a side dish of internal bleeding anywhere but NE Britian?

English is very easy to learn, provided some foundation is laid at the correct age. Me, I always watched English/American television programming instead of Dutch programs (my mom found me watching "Much Ado About Nothing" on the beeb when I was nine, and laughingly asked "Right, so what's it about then?" to which I started explaining the entire story, much to her amazement). It gave me an edge when learning French, since so many words are similar (or more accurately, adopted from French).

Cheers for the dinos and baldies Stepsie, now I can run about pretending I'm a doctor and having random flashbacks.

And you wouldn't get beat up or institutionalised for declaring your love for Sunderland anywhere, cos we're so hard and mean. Grrrrr!

It wasn't Sunderland that made me do that, it was you by mocking them! It was for your own good Karmy, I'm sorry. Anyway, we've got points in the double figures at long last!
