When it drops to less than £5, so you can stretch your niggardly wallet to buy one.

Absolutely. I'm sure you'd know with that nice system you've obviously got, if it can run Crysis.

My system is hardly state of the art (though it is still fairly good for a laptop). Entry level AMD dual-core processor, 2Gb RAM and a Geforce Go 7900...

Of course. I don't personally have a desktop. But I do have a laptop that runs what I throw at it.
Mind you, calling it a laptop is something of a misnomer. It weighs a ton to start with... |

The answer is that I'm going to get one as soon as a) they're back in stock and b) I can get a reasonable bundle deal.

Well, if it weighs a ton, maybe you should call it a "Lap-crush", as that is what it will surely do. -

Mine's like that too. I don't know the actual weight, but when I sent it back to Alienware to get the screen replaced they told me to give the DHL courier who was collecting it an estimate of 9kg.

I was rather hoping it was an interesting gentlemen from a country with a vowel shortage. Life's never as fascinating as you imagine.

A Nintendo DS Lite, silly. In black, since there's no dark blue available (I'll not be seen dead with a baby blue console. Even pink [as in, "Magenta"] is better. Pastel colours are evil.). -

What the #%$@ is up with ebay bidders? Do they really think that bidding over and over again days before the auction ends is actually going to improve their chances of winning the auction?!?!
Idiots.
