You know Squinker, I played Pigeons the other day, and I gotta say that Lord Philmore Philmore of Philmoretown (or Bob, who I'm guessing is not a reference to Twin Peaks) is almost exactly me (in a cartoony manner, that is). Except that nobody ever thought I was gay... I think ... He even looks quite like me.

(BTW, do you know what a squinn is? I just saw that word in a dictionary. Most fascinating.)

Wait, this probably isn't helping.

Maybe this will cheer you people up.

*hugs all of you*

Indeed, you should all download Princess Marian XI now.

I can honestly say it features graphics and story unlike anything I've seen in a game before. Undoubtedly the best part for me was the full voice-over work. No-one can accuse the young talents of holding back here. I'm going to play through the game again just to hear all the dialogue over (and I mean that most genuinely. It's great to hear. )

Good work by getting your offspring into adventure design at an early age SSH. I expect you to be preparing the next Jane Jensen(s) there.

The movie may well be quite good. In all honesty I found The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen to be a good film but that doesn't change the fact they've removed all the key points of the original. If someone makes an adaptation then they should show faith to the original unless there are sound technical reasons otherwise. If they don't then they are making a separate film (which may be good) not an adaptation. (IMHO)

I shall get a hideous yet charming young man with a paper bag over his head despatched immediately. Would you like added Minstrel with that order? He plays a variety of music, all of which sounds like the tunes of famous TV shows without ever actually being them.

A thread most controversial, that’s what I want to start
Full of impassioned arguments, of posting from the heart
And for this stimulation all will be thankful to me
On come on everybody it won’t work if you agree

We've got to sing with our hearts, make a melody.
Teachin' others with the songs that we sing…

That doesn't matter, but the verse does rhyme:

Now we all want our songs to sound good
We want each voice to sing the note that it should
But we must also sing it with our heart
It doesn't matter if you can sing the right part

I'll take this as a compliment, so thank you.
