Giligan spasmed around like an epileptic dolphin.

It slowly dawned on Robert that he had just done the same, only in a worse way.

Ditto. Except replacing "Robert" with "Giligan".

Robert then decided to stop posting in the thread, "Ditto. Except replacing Robert with Giligan" being his parting shot.

Robert and Giligan, after bickering for an extended period, abruptly stopped, looked at one another directly in the eye, and simultaneously came to the same realisation. Beneath all the conflict and arguments burnt a fiery passion. Robert was the first to acknowledge it, he stepped tentatively forward and Giligan mirrored his movements. Then, in a flash they embraced, months of buried feelings flooded out in a single kiss. As figurative fireworks went off Robert lost balance, falling backwards into a strategically placed haystack, with Giligan landing on top of him. Giligan pinned Robert's arms to the ground, let out a soft growl, then, mustering all his strength, tore open Robert's shirt, exposing a pale hairless torso. Robert quivered, then quickly turned the tables as he flipped Giligan over, and sat straddling his chest. Giligan noticed from his viewpoint the large bulge that was being prominently displayed in Robert's trousers, and slowly reached a hand towards it....
To be continued...

Jat316sob, after suffering from a blow to the head inflicted by a passing bus, became increasingly forgetful, and soon began writing "Robert" when he meant "Giligan", and "Giligan" when he meant "[name of any woman in the world]".

Oh, but it can. Not on every hit, but if you have bad luck, it hits in an angle that does pierce through the thing. And chainmail is easy pickings.

Depends on what kind of sword you use. But I have to say, most actors these days (in movies. On the theatrical stage, there's a reason why it's not supposed to look too realistic.) don't know how to wield a sword. They actually try to meet the other's sword, when the point of using a sword is stabbing your opponent (even if you're just doing it for sport). -
