But House is not a medical Drama! The main character is House, and he's absolutely rude, sarcastic, and doesn't really want to work with people. He doesn't like people.

I love House's wit, so it's an okay show. I hate all shows, though, especially 24. They baby the viewers, all you ever see in a gunfight is a closeup of someone shooting and a glance at someone in the distance falling down. Give me some real action, where you can see the bullets strike home, in full crimson glory.
