Funk, to the world.
All, the boys and girls!
Funk to the fishes in the deep blue sea.
Funk to you and me!

Jeremiah was a bullfrog,
Elijah was a toad,
They went for a gentle jog,
And got squashed in the road.

I'm lost. Anyone care to explain, or is there nothing here to explain?

Well, in the previous episode we realised that Gordon Pallessk was actually a spy... and the really observant viewers would've noticed that the plane in the background during the car park roof scene, which revealed once and for all that Petersen was unknowingly predicting the deaths of many operatives, was the same plane that Yasul had used at the end of series one to go into hiding in India.

It defies explanation.

We can now safely say that Yasul's character will return at the start of series three, with some answers explaining the nature of Petersen's psychic powers.

... and the events leading up to Gordon Pallessk's betrayal will also be shown.
