Yeah, that's her. If I remember correctly, the other two women are wives of other people who worked for Sierra (then called On-Line Systems) at the time. Softporn is the text adventure from which Leisure Suit Larry was born.

Check out that high tech computer in the background!

I find the most disturbing element of the cover is that the butler is in the hot tub, fully dressed.

Edit: Unless he's not wearing any pants. Now I find that to be the most disturbing element.

Hm. I know very little about Ken Williams, and I've probably seen a picture only once or so, but I would have said that it was him.

The hot tub was located at Ken and Roberta's house
The circles in the background is an image of the top of the hot tub (just duplicated)
The woman on the far right is of course Roberta Williams herself!
The man was a waiter from a local restaurant
The woman in the center is the wife of the creator of Ulysses and the Golden Fleece
The woman on the left was a shipping clerk at On-Line Systems
Yes, all the women are indeed very naked
