Default If Karma were a person I'd punch him

It was looking great this morning. I got up perfectly early for my second day at my new job working for my best friend (she runs a women's sportswear company and I'm her p/t Design Assistant) after not working for weeks because I had been very sick and suffering from cabin fever amongst other things. Got to the train station on time, then the announcement: all morning trains inbound to the city have been cancelled due to an accident at some crossing; no further information available at the moment. So now I have go to work at her place two hours tomorrow and Friday after working a full day at my other job at the museum.

Anyone else experience any stupid karma farts recently?

It's not too bad, though. I'm combating the stupid Karma with Taoism (my chosen practice), if you can imagine that. I'm hanging out here in the forums, working on my website, my writing, formulating ideas, planning - you know, 'multitasking'. So it's time and energy not wasted, just re-directed.

Maybe for some reason you deserved this misfortune.

Sorry to hear that, though

Bah, Karma balances itself, anyway...
