Places to go in Prague!

I'm going to Prague on Tuesday for 10 days and I just wondered if any of you guys have been there or know of any sights to see?
My brother lives there so I suppose he will have some good ideas, but I thought I would ask here as well -it can't hurt to have some extra suggestions as to which places are best to visit!

Anything you can tell me will be helpful - I know the nightlife is supposed to be pretty good, and I want to visit the old town.......

Anyway, please respond pretty soon as I'm already counting down the days!

I saw a travel show on TV about Prague. Apparently they have the oldest brewery in Europe, which is good to visit. You can get a tour, see the brewing process, and I hear their beer's excellent.

Well, you definitely have to go to Rocky O'Reillys Pub, which will probably be like a hame away from home to you

Seriously, I believe there is a lot to see in Prague. The way I see it, the city is extremely beautiful. Just being there must be an experience. Make lots of photos!
