Remember when we made that choose you own adventure story, which lasted about three days before everyone got bored of it?

Good times.

-I remember when we played games without music or graphics and we LIKED
it! :P
-I remember when the games cost a 1/6 of what they cost today!
-I remember when Final Fantasy DIDN'T have angst filled teens as heroes
-I remember when TV didn't suck...
-I remember when a music group could be famous based on their music, not their looks..
-I remember when the internet didn't have popup ads, blinking banners and that Bonzi guy...
-I remember when Michael Jackson was black...

Now I feel SOOOO old.... :frown:

Indeed I do. I think I spent longer porting it from perl to PHP than people did posting to it :)

It was a lot of fun, though. And addicting. What's the link to it again?

I guess... I just found an EB receipt in my X-Wing box dating back from 1993, though, and it was for $49.99. I haven't paid $50 for a game in ages... Considering how much most things have inflated, I think games are getting it pretty easy.
