Oh, so many... but all have already been mentioned:
Rise of the Hidden Sun Quest for Glory 2 VGA King's Quest IX Bestowers of Eternity Ben Jordan 5 Bad Timing Fountain of Youth Also looking forward to Apprentice 3 (Check Mate or something?), Stranger at Midnight, and Hero Theorem. Most likely, the next game to get really excited about will come out of nowhere. They always seem to do. |
Forgot to mention 'Police Quest 2 VGA', 'Hero Theorem' and 'Ben Jordan case 5' since I've now played 3 and 4 and they rocked.
Also, I've realised GarageGothic is a member of this forum. When's Shadowplay coming out Garage? |
Why just top 5?
Apprentice 3 Carte Blanche The Find Rise of the Hidden Sun The Curves of Danger Bad Timing |
1. Broken Sword 2.5
2. Fountain of Youth 3. Rise of the hidden sun 4. Bad Timing 5. Apprentice 3 |
Haven´t heard of The Find before, searched it on google but couldn´t find anything, can someone post a link to the homepage of the game?

Revenants is a survival horror/adventure game
There used to be alot of info about it on the gaspop website. But they put it on hold. The only thing I could find about it on their website is this: http://gaspop.com/index.html?articlewhathappened Their used to be a really cool demo of this game but that's gone. It's about a guy who gets a letter from his grandmother. He goes visit her but when enters the village his grandmother lives, everything seems quiet.......too quiet. |
I seriously hope that they DO decide to finish it and Pleughburg: The Asylum.
|
Would be nice if everyone would make links to the game they mention. I'm particularly interested in the LucasArts fangames, and the Police Quest 2 VGA. That sounds great! One of my favourite games of all time, and will most certainly play through it when it comes.
Any plans for a proper PQ1 VGA too? I mean, without the bad parts from the original remake, like the annoying driving? I loved the driving in the EGA (?) version, but the remake was just horrible, not unlike PQ3. |
My top five:
1. Quest for Glory 2 VGA 2. Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth 3. King's Quest IX 4. Rise of the Hidden Sun 5. Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire - The Graphic Adventure Fountain of Youth was previously #1 on my list, but I'm a bit worried about them since they've been promising to release a demo "soon" for over a year now. |

I plan to release a couple of tech demos during the next few weeks, to show the new features, so check out the Games in Production-thread at the AGS forums once in a while. As for the finished game, I'm still shooting for early 2006. |

There's no Ignac2 site right now, but here are a few screens from the game and a link to trailer (i just converted it in quicktime (it's 39 mb), let me know if it works ok): http://www.bugbrain.com/temp/vid/ignactrailer.htm http://users.volja.net/igorsi1/skupajigra.jpg |
1. Broken Sword 2.5 - It's been having a LOT of set backs... but I do hope they finish it and finish it well... Because it's been intriguing me for about 7 months straight now...
2. The Amulet of Monkey Island - I just checked out the website then and 1 or 2 screens and it really makes me pumped to see what they can do. 3. Bad Timing - Sounds like it'll br a pretty cool game... |
