I like the "concept art" style of the backgrounds. Also, I see some embellishment with Guybrush's shadow on the sand. His stance and facial expression seem kinda wooden, btw.

You should make Guybrushes stance a bit more slumped and relaxed, and maybe round the head a little bit

The 3D model looks nothing like the CMI Guybrush, but at least it's better than the EMI one.

2) By posting in a public forum you are going to get public criticism whether you ask for it or not.
