Journey Home
I heard a lot of good things about this "Journey Home" game, but the download links at Screen 7 have been down for a long time. Is there another place to download this game?

I played a little bit of it a while ago but I deleted it shortly thereafter because I started playing something I had just bought.
Have you checked out their forums? here they are. |
I just let DarkStalkey (the game's creator) know about this, he's sorting it now...

Well, it was good two years ago, but thanks to more talented invidiuals upping the ante in terms of professionalism in amateur games it seems a little, well, crappy now. But it'll provide a diversion for a couple of hours I guess. Anyway, it should be here, unless gremlins have taken over:
http://screen7.adventuredevelopers.c.../TJH-Part1.exe Er, while I'm at it I might as well plug some other stuff. The second part of this is currently underway, and this time it has some kickass artists and a rather large design document that's been incubating for almost two years now (as opposed to me drawing squiggles in PSP and making stuff up as I went along). And it'll be rather good, developments with AGS means I can emulate the iMUSE system from Lucasarts games, and do all sorts of fun new things. More info will appear about it in the near future I hope. There's also Byzantine, which has a webpage and a demo here: http://screen7.adventuredevelopers.com/byzantine Incidently, if TJH-Part 1 does weird stuff then let me know, as I just recompiled it with the latest AGS version and uploaded it. |
Thanks for posting that, DarkStalkey. Good luck on your future games; keep us updated!
