Default The Interview: Now with character following!

In honour of Sam and Max 2 being cancelled (or not), I just uploaded a new version of "The Interview", a demo of my latest game, which now contains a super nifty Sam and Max-esque buddy character following feature. There's even source code for it, if any SLUDGE users in here are interested.

Grab it here! You know you want to...

Wow. The idea for the demo is genius. Seems promising.

Yes, that was a very cool idea for a demo. Nice graphical style, and very interesting choice of interface options (smell, consume) The buddy feature seems to be working nicely as well. I gotta notice what someone else pointed out as a limitation of the sludge engine--all speech animations are on a cycle, and this is especially noticeable with the woolf (no, that's not bad spelling, that's his name ) character, who just seems to be flapping his mouth in rhythm. Other than that, this was excellent, thank you!

edit: I just read the text on the website (I like the Titanic spoof) and the premise for this game seems deeelightfullll. The characters and their interactions are also intriguiiinng.

The following charavcter wasn't such a major addition. But I played the demo ages ago and liked it even back then.

True. I suppose the character following will have more of a purpose in the actual game. The demo was just sort of showing off the interface, and I thought I'd put in this new feature for the fun of it. (and also for people who wanted to implement something similar)
