Default Wishlist for Adventure Game Development Tool

Hello,

I am developing a tool for creating adventure games, much in the same vein of Bioware's Neverwinter Nights Toolkit, for those familiar with it. Essentially, it allows you to create an adventure game without any scripting, merely specifying, through a graphical interface, the elements of your game.

It featured recently in the news section of AG Underground and you can find more information about it at: http://ragd.gerardwhyte.net

RAGD, that being the name of the tool, is actually my final year project, (thesis if you will), for my Computer Science degree and in my report there will be a section on future work that could be implemented in the system, I was wondering if anybody here might have some ideas.

Yours etc.,
Gerard Whyte.

I sent you a PM.

The PM had nothing to do with the subject of the thread.

But it was still interesting.

You'll like it.

Maybe.

A 'make my game' button would be great. You'd definitely beat AGS with such an option.

*grins* Smart ass. ;-P

As a matter of fact it has a "Create Game" button, so I'm not that far off.

There are so many fancy ways of saying "Create EXE" these days.

*grins* Close but no cigar, RAGD doesn't create EXEs, it creates the files that an engine can take in and from that possibly create an EXE. It's late, I'm tired and I'm being pedantic, ugh it doesn't get much worse. Oh yeah, have to keep going, need to write another chapter in a report, since it's going to the printers tomorrow. What joy! ;-P

My report is now handed in, but feel free to add anything that you would like to see in such a tool.
