Looking for music
I'm looking for music for my TADS 2 HTML game: vocal, drums, world, african, brazilian, multi-culturial music, opera.
No english singing, please(you can just make a noise that sounds nice, heck, they did it in myst, you can do it here), no modern instraments(guitars, that sort of thing are not what I want). E-mail recordings to [email protected], in mp3, wav, or ogg format only, less then 10 Megs. As the game is freeware, you will not gain any compensation, other then appearing in the credits. Thank you. Last edited by jfcwilson; 08-11-2008 at 09:57 AM. Reason: You're right, stepurhan. |

It might be worth your while checking out The Freesound Project
You also might want to reconsider insisting that people submit files in MP3 format only. Since anyone sending you files is doing it to help you out requiring them to do the conversions is probably going to put a lot of people off helping.

An interested composer...
Hi!
I'm a composer of mainly classical and contemporary music who would love to write music for an adventure game. I don't have any piece that could fit your game right now, but if you like the other stuff I've done, I'd love to sketch out something more relevant for you to consider. A credit is enough since this would be my first time writing game music (if I'm lucky). Among the keywords you listed, opera is especially interesting, as my main ambition is to become an opera composer. I've written music for two short animations: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmP4b_6C3lY and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqCR4mY9IjY I've got some electronic music posted at www.reverbnation.com/freddysamplistic This might also be of interest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfReFUTf_UQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOwWS3s0Ydc I hope you will consider my services. Please contact me at [email protected] sincerely, Fred Støyva |
