Default New game: Frasse and the Peas of Kejick

Hi!

As some of you know, I have since 2003 been creating an adventure game of my own. Today I proudly point you towards http://www.trumgottist.com/g_frasse.php where Frasse and the Peas of Kejick now is freely available for download.

Frasse and the Peas of Kejick is a cute, humorous game. It uses the traditional 2d point-and-click format, but I've tried to be original with it. It's not yet another Monkey Island clone (although it has its share of references in those directions).

I hope you'll enjoy it. Let me know what you think!

Rikard

This is the most fun I've had in an adventure game in a long time.

Thanks, Rikard!

Couldn't help it... he's the cutest little frizzy blue adventure game hero I've ever seen.

Yeah, I see marketing potential! How about stuffed animals and keychains?

Reminds me of when they were selling knitted versions of the Double Fine Productions two-headed baby.

I knit too slowly for that to be viable.

They're still selling those, no?
Well, if those things are *selling* at all. It's a whole lot of cuteness for sure, but also quite a price tag...

I thought I'd heard they were sold out, but the Double Fine store has it, so I guess they are still selling them.

Now stop derailing my thread and talk about the game instead!

You spelt my name right in the credits. You wouldn't believe the number of people that use a V instead.

I liked it when testing it and I still like it now. Any plans to do another game? Further adventures of Frasse and Gurra maybe.

Plans to do more games: Absolutely!
Will those games be adventure games: Most of them, certainly. It also looks as if my next game will be one.
A sequel: Not unlikely in the future, but not any time soon.

I've beaten the first "island". This is a very enjoyable game.

I still haven't figured out how to rescue the guy from behind the rock. I've been in a very ditzy frame of mind lately. It's probably easy and I can't figure it out.

Mate, you have seriously done a wonderful job on this game. Very unique, and very high quality. Well done! My only complaint is that some of the puzzles do not come accross as entirely sensical [I dont think thats a real word though]. I didn't even understand how solving the rock problem actually worked.

And now, I can't get any honey... hints anyone?

Really top quality game, though!

There are two solutions to getting honey.
Spoiler:
One involves Gurra, and the other involves Frasse, the bees and Ike.

Melanie:
