The fact that it's a pun on "every cloud has a silver lining" is an homage to the King's Quest games, whose subtitles often played on famous sayings or movie titles. Maybe since they weren't allowed to keep the KQ9 part of the title, having a cute pun didn't seem as important. |

I am so ridiculously glad, as I always thought that "Every Cloak has a silver lining" was pretty lame. At least "Yonder" and "Fonder" sound very similar, for instance...

In fact, you're answering your own question: I'm not very interested in the game. But I am interested enough to care about the design. |

I can't wait until "Silver Lining" comes out. For God's sake I've been checking their website religiously for almost a year.

Any news on Kings Quest: Silver Lining?
Is it being released this year?

Back to topic... Yes, I'll play it. I would even be inclined to buy such a game, you know.
