Thx everyone for comments and for motivation! ^^ It sure helps a lot

Rear one? ^__^ That was NOT the correct translation
The game will be made with Visionaire, an Adventure engine by a German team. It´s easier than AGS, because you don´t have to type any scripts - and that´s good for me, who once fought with Macromedia Flash Action Script and then decided to never use a programming language again

Hehe, eriq, you´re the first to recognize it - Congrats! ^_^ Well, let´s say that Melvy has a faible for a) great pictures and b) funny halloween costumes.

I like freeware games too much to think about selling Melvy ^_^ Maybe a game where I only did the graphics, but Melvy? Never

I´ll post the main character design in a few days, when I´ll finally be certain about her hair color For now, a new screen:The backstage of the upcoming concert of Axel Jonquil´s yet unnamed band, for whicht Melvy has to find a fitting name - along with a symbol that represents the very essence of the band itself. Not an easy task...

Absolutely amazing!

Are you using a wacom board when drawing the backgrounds?

Damn, you're too talented, that's not fair!

Those backgrounds look simply incredible. If you ever need help with translating it to Croatian (from English), I'll gladly give you a hand.

Also, if you ever need a Serbian translation, I'm your man!

Or, Cobra and I could collaborate on a Serbo-Croatian translation.

Having just come from the..."Fan games are poorly produced" thread, these screenshots seem all the more beautiful to me.

The graphics are stupendous, and the small snippet of the storyline you've given us, sounds very interesting.

Horror is quite an untapped resource in adventure games, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this pans out.

Not only do I like horror adventure games, these screenshots look beautiful. Graphics are commercial grade. Very much like "Curse of Monkey Island" and the upcoming "Vampyre Story" but that is a great thing - very detailed and pleasing on the eye. Quite admirable that you want to make it free too. This is on my list of the games to really look forward to. Good luck!

I just noticed this thread, and I must say those two screenshots are simply incredible.
Heck, they look far better than a lot of retail stuff we've been getting recently.
Ever thought about making this for a living?

I look forward to check the game out.
