I'm sure I remember Martin saying there might be a sequel to TMOS, but it wouldn't be TheNextGame. I may be confusing him with someone else though.

The German website 4players.de has an interview with Martin Ganteföhr, who is some guy working for House of Tales.
He talks about their new game Overclocked. Since i have no knowledge in the german language i was hoping someone here could tell me what the interview is all about? Does it reveal anything new about Overclocked? C´mon, spill the beans!

I've just discovered that article a couple of minutes ago. Funny that. It's not an interview. And it doesn't deal with "Overclocked", either. But storytelling in games.

So that's what Martin looks like... That's odd... Even though I was more or less aware of his being a human being, I had never pictured him as anything else than a chair.

I can think of a few people on this forum who would sit on him anyway.

Forgot about that news. In that case, Martin "Creative Director" Gantefoehr is just a pawn, indeed.

They are trying to come up with some new things, and to invigorate the genre so I say Bravo....and will look forward to seeing what they do . I havent had a chance to see their earlier titles yet....hoping to soon.

Also, thanks to all others who commented on, uh, my article. Special thanks to Jack for pointing out that HoT is now a part of the Military-Industrial Complex, which is in fact true. At first I had some scruples about this kind of selling-out, plus I didn't know whether I could actually live without strangers in my living room. Turns out, I can. |
