Revolutions next project

Hi,

Does anyone know the status of Revolutions next project? I`ve read it`s BASS 2, but I haven`t heard anything about it, and their website hasn`t been updated in quite a while.

I think it`s a little strange that their current project don`t get more attention, considering their impressive list of previous games.

Yep, it's BASS2. I haven't heard anything about it either. They're also supposed to be working on Broken Sword 4...

KriD 07-09-2005 06:17 AM

Yeah, I just found an interview with Tony Warriner at Basszone where he says they are working on BASS2 and that BS4 is very likely to happen.

This is certainly good news!

Great news.

I'm getting a blank page for that website.
Anyone else having that problem?

Good Cop, Bad Cop ?

Any idea of what happened to 'Good Cop, Bad Cop' ? Don't think it was Adventure, but it looked good. Anyone remember it ? :7

Kolzig 07-09-2005 01:51 PM

I seem to remember that it was in production for PS2 and Xbox. It was cancelled.

It´d be cool if Dave Gibbons was involved with Beneath a Steel Sky 2! :)

Hmm.. That's strange. Anyways, you can find Basszone here: basszone.f2g.net. If you still can't access it, go to Broken Sword Zone, the interview is there too.

I suppose I should get around to playing BS3 then if they're making a sequel!

James 07-11-2005 01:09 AM

its a pity good cop bad cop was cancelled, it seemed to have interesting ideas regarding morality based gameplay, and would at least have been a new direction for revolution. the problem with bass2 and bs4 is that they'll be bought by us, people who've played the previous games, and will hopefully make just enough money to finance further games. bs3 remains one of the worst marketed and worst packaged games as long as i can remember. at a time when dan brown books sales are astronomical, its ridiculous that a similarly themed game cannot sell well.

You haven't played it? Well go and do it, it's a great game. By the way, your avatar looks like George from Bs3

Hammerite 07-11-2005 06:39 AM

his avatar is from that underground game.

Isak 07-11-2005 08:43 AM

ah allright... well it still looks like George from Bs3 when he wears that Indy style clothes

Hammerite 07-11-2005 09:27 AM

"My name's George Stobbart... 2 b's and 2 t's"
