Default Adventure games with keyboard controls

Does anyone know any great adventure games that use keyboard controls instead of the mouse?

Explanation of why I'm asking this:
I installed the preview of Windows 8 on my Mac and it works great except for the fact that when running it on its own i can't get the sound to work, and running it through Parallels the sound works but I can't get the mouse to work. I figure that sound is more important then mouse function, so that's why I need games that use keyboard controls. (I know that I can use the original install disk to get back to Windows 7, but I like Windows 8, and this is the only problem I've run into. Plus this can help me branch out a little and try games that I wouldn't otherwise try. In case your Windows 8, click here. WARNING, it will replace your current operating system.

I dont think you will find much ...as i remember Grim fandango is a Keyboard Controlled Adventure .... and also Telltales games Like Tales of Money Island is basically controlled by Keyboard BUT also the mouse essentially .

i think you came to a dead end with your situation ,mostly with adventures that they all almost Styled as Point n' Click games

Dead Reefs (2007) and Escape from Monkey Island (2000) spring to mind, but I'm not sure whether you'll find them great or not.

P.S. Bad Mojo (Redux) (2004) is a must-play!

I started playing Dead Reefs yesterday and I'm actually quite enjoying it. Once you get past the relatively annoying keyboard only control system and the main character constantly making the same comments over and over, its actually not a bad game. Not great by any means, but its a pretty interesting story, atmospheric music, and even a few jumpy moments in places. Even the voice acting is ok and the puzzles so far have been pretty logical, just not that inventive. If i'd paid 20 pounds for it I wouldn't have been disappointed (luckily though, my copy was free, sent by my brother from uk)

Some Action/Adventure games that you might also consider are:

Dreamfall
Shadow of Destiny
Indigo Prophecy (Fahrenheit)
