Trailer for the Walking Dead game. Starts at 8:50.

Not sure why they obscure the actual game with motion comic (they suck), but it looks fine.

Cool link. Heard about the actual gameplay vid yesterday when it was announced to release today.

In terms of motion comic....thats because this game is based on the comic moreso than the show.

Check out the page, look at all the dislikes. :/ That is soooo sad.

"Zumbies" lol. I like it!

I'm getting kinda' tired of all the zombie themes in movies, etc. lately (although the one with Bruce Willis was pretty funny) and I think I'm going to take to calling them "zumbies" just for a change.

I'd try the demo though since it sounds like more of the backstory.

The portuguese word for "zombie" is "zumbi", with U. So, for a native portuguese speaking person, this is little mistake could be forgiven. Sorry, mea culpa!

I wouldn't read too much into that, those people probably just don't like IGN and their videos.

Yeah, I guess clicking the NewThread button was easier than scrooling down a bit.

Hum, from most comments including the top-rated ones i'd say it kinda also reflects the WD trailer (which was awful btw).

YAY! How original! Zombies!
An unfortunate and completely unsurprising inevitability. I sometimes wonder who is more brain dead, the fans of the series or the zombies.
I wonder if they think beating this undead horse will bring it back to life. Oh excuse me, not beating, shooting it with assault weapons...well more like using it as a shield while shooting at each other.

Yep, let's just label every single fan of an above average series as braindead. Nothing wrong with that.

The game looks horrible. Watched a 13 minute gameplay video the other day. It's a QTE galore....

Not at all. I might have been insensitive.

But now I have a perfectly good explanation! Thanks.

I thought folks knew better by now. It's not the themes boy, it's how it's done. Watchmen also had masked vigilantes, superpowered beings and so on.

Just how I describe originality. Its not the idea that is original, its the presentation that makes it original. If everything was done by stick figures, would we care if the idea was different? no.

Woah, I'm actually way more impressed with this than I expected!

But I'm still behind with Telltale's games. I still have to play the last episode of season 1 Sam & Max, not to mention I haven't touched Tales of MI nor played my free copy of Back to the Future ep1.

So where is all the QTE TopCat has been bitching about, despite the devs saying there isn't going to be that many QTE's....unless TopCat thinks everything is a giant QTE.

There was some QTE's towards the end, but not a huge amount.
