Default HALP need to find this game! (Nostalgia calls.)

Hey, Im looking for the name of a sci-fi Myst/Riven (first person point and click) esq game i used to play as a kid back in the late 90's. My memories of the game are so vague that i can't really give any other information other than the first level contained a very modern sleek environment with windows that looked out onto a city(i could be totally off because its been about 10 years since i played the game last). This game was the only other PC game other than riven i owned at the time and it has been driving me mental trying to find it.

So the only info i really have to go on is... Sci-fi, myst-esq, game that i had around 1997ish...

Sorry for the lack of detail but its really all i can come up with and iv already spent hours scouring the web looking for it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Like you said, not much to go on.

Perhaps the Pagoda site can help - according to it, there were 92 games released in 1997.

Obsidian maybe?

It was released in 1997 and is a bit Riven-ish.

Ty for the lists, il begin scouring them after i get off work. Another thing id like to add is that when i say myst-esq i just mean the play style, the art and environments were very spaceship kind of sci-fi not other worldly alien like myst/riven.

ty again

I did a VERY exstensive search, looking through list after list on sites like Wikipedia and GameFAQs, but I was never able to find anything like what you mentioned.

Do you remember any characters you spoke with or puzzles you solved or any actions you did?

I have to laugh because I just gave that game away to goodwill. I wonder if anyone will buy it?
