He did, but he is very sneaky! He only included a phone out of them , not the whole red phone boxes! I already guessed it...

If you still have GK 3 installed, go to the phone boxes and zoom in on a phone both, move a little to the right by holding both mouse buttons, and you'll see a phone...

But, he didn't include Gabriel's phone from GK 1, when you dial every stinkin' number manually on it...just in case you want to pan him....(kidding!:D)
