Default A question about SOMI's box art

I have a question for you all which has been bugging me for a while now... I've attached an image below to SOMI's amazing box art for reference. My question is, there are 2 unusual shapes which I've highlighted, and I've no idea what they are or what they are supposed to be! Any ideas?

Little known but completely and utterly true fact: The guy who did the cover for SOMI also did the cover for The Little Mermaid vhs.

Should explain everything.

Well, duh, it's the secret of course. And apparently, there are two of them!

It's from the skull. Crossbones. You can see it, if you look for it.

Reference:

The SE edition cover should explain it better:

Thanks Jannar, I totally see it now! That's like an optical illusion.

I thought the one on the right was a huge crystal ball perched on top of a mountain.
