There's a new overly dramatic trailer y'all: True Face Trailer

Is Watson writing over an already written page? Is he just faking it for the sake of the trailer?! Or did he misspell his friend's name? That's the true mystery...

This is no Uncharted TiAgUh. lol We should expect the same level of cinematic quality.

I think the trailer is perfect for setting the tone for the game itself.

Super happy that they kept the voice actors from the previous games, even though they changed the faces (which they probably had to, for any increase in detail).

Someone on Gameboomers was unhappy that the voice actor for Holmes is no longer Rick Simmonds. It's good that David Riley is still Watson, though. He does a bang-up job.

Personally, I can't see why they had to change Holmes so radically. He doesn't look like Holmes to me, just some ordinary schmo.

Because the original voice actor bored me to death and seemed....so bad? Sure he was no Robert Downey Jr, but he just wasn't on par with the level of quality change this game is getting. Watson was perfectly fine. The most memorable voice actor of the game.

I don't get how some people think they know what's better for the game than the developers themselves... You haven't played the game, have you ?!? Wait until it's released and then bash the new faces, the new voice actors, etc.

I agree. As a case in point: look at all the criticism Daniel Craig had to endure when he was signed as the new James Bond. "But he's blond, he's ugly, has flap-ears, etc.". All stuff that had nothing to do with his acting ability and his suave-ness. Criticism ended rather spectacularly when Casino Royale released, though.

Don't care, Daniel's hot.......but that is exactly right. I love him as bond. He seems more like an agent than a whore of a man.

The whole appeal of Holmes is the interplay between the detective and Watson, who is there to relate to the audience. Their completely different approaches and personalities are what makes the books so great, and the voice of Holmes in the previous games was more or less how I imagined him. Watson's acting only had an effect on us because it contrasted so well with Holmes.

If I was expecting Uncharted-like quality then I would've been more 'aggravated' with the fact that most muppets' faces look more human than some of those...things.

The new faces appear in the trailers. You can hear their voices in the trailers. Why should I wait to comment on Holmes appearance? I have nothing against the person voicing him and think Watson is fine, as always.
