Default A question about 90s game

Hello forum! I have a question about a game I vaguely remember because I was very young. It was e 3D third-person adventure game and the main character was a little girl. She was exploring a city with canals in it. There was a teacher in a classroom shouting at her.. I remember playing it sometime between 1995 - 2000. Can you help me? I know that the info is not of much help but..

thank you in advance!
