Another fast and easy quiz! Everyone's right so far (I'll give Elena that one too, I know what she meant. ) Only #9 and #18 left, I know some of you are jumping at the chance to get these last two.

I didn't say I didn't recognise it, I said I possibly had doubts about it. As you know, I don't care for the second act in that game, so I don't have very strong memories of it.

There would still be people like me to state/exclaim it's...
Spoiler: The bolded one is the easiest of the bunch (all 20), as far as I am concerned. Quote:
Now seriouslly - it's possible to give a second answer now, when more than 4 hours passed, without (indirectly) being called a greedy pig, isn't it?

Spoiler: I've played 11 of the 20 games and recognized 10. Missed #10. I forgive myself, that was many many years ago. Didn't recognize any of the games I haven't played, so all is well. PS: Is #18 Spoiler: Last edited by Fien; 03-08-2011 at 01:20 AM. |

Ok, that was a Legend of a game:
and the scene the shot was taken from is this: When I remember how much trouble I had to figure out how that telescope is operated...

Good job, everyone! All pics have now been identified, here is the recap:
1. Obsidian [Fien] 2. Destination: Treasure Island [kate me] 3. Scratches [MoP] 4. The Black Mirror [Panthera] 5. Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers [marenka] 6. The Bizarre Adventures of Woodruff and the Schnibble (a.k.a Woodruff and the Schnibble of Azimuth) [zobraks] 7. Lure of the Temptress [jhetfield21] 8. Seven Games of the Soul (a.k.a Faust) [Kurufinwe] 9. Bone: Out from Boneville [Gonchi] 10. Torin's Passage [diego] 11. Samorost [inm8#2] 12. Wallace & Gromit: Fright of the Bumblebees [SweetDalilah] 13. Zork: Grand Inquisitor [Arial Type] 14. Myst [Mohlin] 15. I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream [Elena] 16. Outcry [seagul] 17. The Longest Journey [Shany] 18. Sam & Max Hit the Road [zobraks] 19. The Neverhood [SpeedBo, bulldog] 20. Flight of the Amazon Queen [harald] #2, 6, 8, 9 and 20 I figured might be a bit more difficult. I also mentioned "tree-like substitutes" at the beginning, since Abnaxus' house in TLJ (#17) may or may not be a tree per se (petrified, stone carved into tree shape, tree covered by stone?), and as any botanist will tell you, bananas (#20) don't grow on trees but on tree-like stalks. Be sure to watch out for my next quiz!

Oops, it was Out FROM Boneville, not Out OF Boneville. My bad.
Still, if I'd of just answered "random Telltale game" it ought to have been acceptable, considering all Telltale games look alike.

Possibly, probably, definitely maybe???
Let me just say that when I was brainstorming what games to include in the first tree quiz, I was astounded by what I could come up with, thinking, "Wow, I might be able to get three or four quizzes out of this!" For the AG quiz faithful, I do have a few other themes in the works, including a real doozy to tax one's adventure gaming recognition and recollection skills.

I like your trees but a real doozy sounds very interesting.
