Myst-like games are full of puzzles, so you may wanna try:

Alice: An Interactive Museum
AMBER: Journeys Beyond
Aura: Fate of the Ages
Bioscopia
Celtica
Chemicus: Journey to the Other Side
Clandestiny
Comer
Drowned God: Conspiracy of the Ages
Lighthouse: The Dark Being
Morpheus
Obsidian
Physicus: Save the World with Science!
Qin: Tomb of the Middle Kingdom
The Sacred Rings (Aura 2)
Safecracker: The Ultimate Puzzle Adventure
Schizm: Mysterious Journey
Mysterious Journey II: Chameleon (Schizm 2)
Secrets of the Luxor
Sentinel: Descendants in Time
Timelapse
Voyage
Worldspiral: Liath
Zork Nemesis: The Forbidden Lands

Day of the Tentacle isn't a Myst-like game but has a lot of great puzzles (it's a must-play!).

If you're hungry for puzzles, just try Schizm. Then you'll eat so much you'll have to throw up!

Maybe it's a good idea to check the typos and "typos", just in case someone want to google the titles you mentioned, so:

Tex Murphy - Overseer
Black Dahlia
Riddle of master Lu
Phantasmagoria 1
Phantasmagoria 2
Discworld series

So many good ones already mentioned. I'll add a few.

Spycraft. Unique puzzles which you won't find in other adventures.
Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon. Very hard.
Safecracker. There are two different puzzle games by the same name. I liked the most recent one best.

I've played the machinarium and their not really logic puzzles, and I thought Barrow hill was one of the worst adventure games I ever played.... Sorry.

7th Guest and 11th Hour have got to some of the best logic puzzles, could be stuck on some for days.

If you like strictly logical puzzles I can recommend something from outside the field of adventure games:

Crazy Machines and Crazy Machines 2
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crazy_Machines

There is no story to speak of - just one puzzle after the other.(The general idea is to construct machines that fulfill a predefined task).

The good thing is you might be able to take one puzzle at a time (I never could; always thought: Alright, one more) but it still might be good for bus rides or some such. (I've just learned that there's a port for iPHone/iPodTouch).

Cheers, Dan.

If you have a Nintendo DS/DS Lite/DSi, the PROFESSOR LAYTON series is spectacular. Each title includes 150 puzzles (plus secondary puzzle-based games) and additional downloadable puzzles for each of the three titles.

The games have great characters with quirky-yet-compelling stories told through gorgeous animated cutscenes. Lots of charm and challenge.

If you like FMV games you should try Yoomurjak's Ring.
It has challenging puzzles, including logical ones.
