While this not a Teen or Mature rated game turns out a childish one i cant see there is a point of argue as an Everyone rated game.

Why not? Day of the Tentacle is obviously inspired by saturday morning cartoons and last time I checked those were intended for kids. And Curse of Monkey Island looks a lot like a Disney cartoon. Yeah, those games included some references and implications that kids might not get, but that's even the case in a cartoon show like Animaniacs.
I haven't played Stacking so far so I can't say anything about the writing. But if it includes such heavy themes as the others have mentioned, then I don't think it's only or even mostly intended for the young ones...

By the way: Would you not bother reading Huckleberry Finn just because it was written for teenagers?
