If you like Gabriel Knight and Still Life, you'll probably like Black Mirror II.

If you liked Jack the Ripper you should definitely try the Sherlock Holmes series by Frogwares, there's a Jack the Ripper game but the other three (Case/Secret of the Silver Earring, The Awakened, Arsene Lupin) are very decent too with great story, scoring, voiceacting, and atmosphere all around

If you liked Art of Murder, then you will probably like the Chronicles of Mystery ones too. Be advised that Tree of Life is kinda disappointing however.
