Well if it's any help. I ordered my copy on the 10th received an email straight away confirming my order and got another the next day informing me that it had been despatched with a big thank you.
Personal email as well not some auto-reply bot. Only downside is I wish I'd ordered it a few days earlier as my box number is 109 (would of been nice to get one of the first 100) |

I am pretty interested in this one too. If we indeed get 20% off and 75% from additional game I might be grabbing it from Strategy First when it surfaces. No idea about the site here either, but I guess there really aren't alternatives. Ordering a physical copy from US isn't really that tempting. Anyway 24$ will not be a bad price for this, even if it wasn't the greatest game ever. Nice to pay just for the effort. And good timing with Christmas, I'm not feeling so cheap during the holidays .

I'll wait for the digital version. I have plenty of other games to play while I'm waiting. I refuse to buy a physical copy of any computer game.

Gotta say I'm somewhat tempted by this despite the fact that it looks like a low budget cheese-fest. Digital download all the way though, and it would have to be at a pretty cheap price.

Oh man. I'm burning all my money here. 3 adventures from Adventure Shop sale, 2 games for shiny new Nintendo DS, a couple of cheapos for Xbox360 and then this one... Hard month. Considering that for years I've basically played WoW and perhaps bought two other games a year.

Got this in yesterday, ordered from the official site. Really fast delivery.
Installation takes awhile.. 14 gigs! It was about 15-20 minutes on my fairly fast machine. No biggie though. Haven't had a chance to play but will post impressions once I do.

Soo... it would appear strategy first is now selling digital downloads.... at 40$ a copy! Instead of a discount it costs 10 dollars more?? Hopefully this is some kindv mistake. But pretty sure im not going to buy from strategyfirst.
edit: oh man, and then they want another 5$ for one years "download insurance". It better have no annoying drm at all, to put up with all of this. |

According to the Facebook wall, this is a mistake and its trying to get fixed. Should be $29.99 plus 20% discount too.

Can't believe I hadn't heard about this before. I used to be a HUGE FMV game fan. I've completed all Tex Murphy games, as well as Black Dahlia and I even bought the TERRIBLE Elk Moon Murder game.
After watching the trailer the green-screen effects look no better than the Tex Murphy games and they were years ago! Still, looks like it could be good fun! *Adds to 2011 game wish-list". I'm impressed with all of you buying the digital version, my ISP would kill me if I downloaded anything that big. Plus, it'd take me as long to download as the physical version would take to post! |

Bought it too but massive? Takes me around 5 minutes per .bin . But can't play it right away, need to do some mom stuff first. Will be focusing on the game this weekend though, maybe test it a bit today.

The game works for me. You may want to try updating your Quicktime.
I agree on the small video, though. It is very annoying to watch a little window in the middle of the screen. |
