Owh wait....there is a re-release of Shadow of Memories for the PSP that has some revised art and a small portion of added content.

Scratches and the first two Dark Falls also spring to mind.
I was lumping the Sherlock Holmes "remastered" versions in this category, too, though they aren't technically Director's Cuts with new scenes added. Monkey Island SE as well. |

Telltale Games also did a DC edition of the Bone games. At least the first has a proper director's cut, I don't know what they added to the second game though.
