Well I've always said, if you're going to kill a thread, make it a big one! And I feel like this thread is as big as they come. But the thread is not really dead though it's just sleeping. Soon somebody will ignore my quote and post a new one and then everyone will be happy again :-).

That's not nice. Why kill the thread when you can try to revive it with, I don't know ... a hint?

Normally I'd wait till at least 2 people have made a guess before giving out another hint.
But fine then, it's a Sierra game! The person who says the quote is not talking about the main character. The game is not part of a series so it's not any of the Quest games or Leisure Suit Larry. I'm making it far too easy now but screw it. |

Never heard of that game, will have to check it out. Now we're getting somewhere though, one more guess and then I'll give an even bigger hint.

Yes I've never understood quite what it is she'll never find out but it's my favourite quote from the game never the less.

No dice. Here's another one from the same game:
- Boy, am I glad to be out of that stinking barrel. - I can imagine. In fact, I don't need to imagine.

It sounds like something Froderick and Mona would say in A Vampyre's Story.

Bingo! El Dorado it is! The first quote is while Tulio and Miguel are looking at their wanted poster. Nice little game, if slightly underrated. I had fun with it even more than watching the cartoon.
Quote:
*well, that's a lie. Mostly. I play other games when i'm making a pause with AVS
