Modern teenagers aren't complete without a trendy tattoo. Show us yours and 'll believe you.

(I once saw a series of photographs of old men with tattoos all over their body. Men in their seventies and eighties. Really gross. I wonder if teenagers know that... but even if they did, they probably wouldn't care.)

Nope, not Hitchhiker's, Lady K, but good guess. (I'm being sneaky as usual, the above quote isn't spoken by any character in the game. )

From the same game:
"Your usual order is number 15. You have now ordered number 15. Sorry, but the shop is closed. We close at 11:30 p.m. You are too late. Good night."

Sheesh, diego! Only you would have the balls to reveal another quizmaster's theme. Well, maybe not.

So it's a game with a narrator then, so that must mean Sierra. I'm thinking maybe Gabriel Knight sins of the fathers.

Love the jamaican narrator in Gabriel Knight by the way, best ever!

Scratch that, my stupid comp won't allow me to edit my answer but now I am thinking Space Quest 6.

Not Space Quest 6 either (the narrator in SQ6 was hilarious, though. ) One more line from the same game:

"Are you interested in astronomy too?"

It's not Jamaican but Cajun, the dialect spoken in and around New Orleans...

Yes, of course you are correct, harald. This last line is spoken by Andrew Verney's ghost. (The first quote is one of many printed on little cards dispensed by the coin-operated machine on the second floor of the hotel. The second quote is the automated message played when the player calls the Chinese restaurant.

Apparently. Your presence is requested in The Threadâ„¢.

Also, maybe a hint as well?

I guess I should contribute to that thread - I'll be able to post any random crap I want AND kill the thread with ease.

A hint... okay...

Here's some more to the conversation:

NPC: "It's a national disgrace!"
Main character: "I wouldn't go that far - it's a urinal not a cathedral.
