Hehe, part of the answer was indeed in the question...
But no, it's another LucasArts game. Come on, the list is getting shorter...

I can't believe nobody's guessed that one yet. It's good old bishop Mandible tearing the Veil apart while poor Cobb is getting aspirated inside Bobbin's head.

I found the quote to be SO funny when I was replaying Loom, that I simply HAD to use it here...

I agree. Even though Loom is generally more serious than most LucasArts games, it has some very funny lines too.
(By the way, I just realise I typed "the Veil" instead of "the Pattern". Oooops. Guess what game I might have been replaying recently...) New quote (should be very easy): She gave birth to our three female children: Abratha, Abelexe and Yougottabekidding.

That's right (see at 5:15). I love the way the actor deadpans it.

I only heard it once but it stuck in my mind, such a fun blooper.
This next quote is from a (relatively famous) freeware game: I hate you, ugly carpet. |

No. This game was never commercial - it's made with the AGS engine.

No, sorry.
Though you are on the right track. It's a comedic game, part of a series. The carpet is a running gag in the first game, you can look at it at various areas in the game, and it will give a different funny response. |

It really makes me think of Discworld, which I could swear someone had already guessed, but I guess not.

Nope. An older, freeware AGS title. It's named after its protagonist.
It even has a representation on the AGS forums... |
