I think it's from a game I've played, but still leaves quite a few possibilities... Two guesses (I know it should be just one, but since nobody else is guessing...):

1) Beneath a Steel Sky (where the hero does get a hole in his head)
2) Dreamfall (not sure why I'm thinking of that one...)

Both are probably wrong, though. I definitely wouldn't mind a hint or another quote.

It is a figurative hole, I think.
While a picture would be too much of a giveaway I'll give an easier quote (which I'm probably misquoting ):

"Come on, this is New York, who actually drives?"

I am convinced it's from a Blackwell game! And the guy who said that is Joey!
I'm trying to remember which one.

Well, I know the second quote is by Rosa in the "Blackwell Legacy" game at the beginning, where she left her driver's license upstairs when the guy at the door wants proof of her living there.

kate_me was close, but Fantasysci 5 got it.

Both quotes are spoken by Rosa in Blackwell Legacy. The first one is what she says when you enter node-space and choose to inquire about Rosa's head. That line makes me laugh every time.

Kate me, you can post the quote. I'm not sure I would have gotten it without your help.

Yes, it's surprisingly easy when you know the answer.

Ooh! In that case, I'll have a puss burger with dandruff fries and a sweat shake, please.

Okay, erm...

It's from Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman's Mine (I'm playing the game right now! )
